"Over the years I have had a lot of "fathers, sons & daughters" come to my fishing lodge in Northern Saskatchewan, and it didn't take long for me to realize that a fishing lodge in the middle of "nowhere" was just a real "good" place for fathers, sons & daughters ... I cannot remember one instance where they did not really enjoy themselves and most times in a special sort of way."

The fishing will be a big part of your trip, but it certainly will not be everything ... not by a long shot! We like to think a trip to our lodge will be an "experience", especially for your son or daughter.

Whether it's the flight in on the single otter float plane or a cow moose and her calf on the shore or the hike over to our day use lakes or into the bush with one of the guides looking for caribou antlers or shorelunch, I happen to think that Hasbala Lake is a wonderful place for a young man or woman to spend a little time ... nature just seems to get them a bit closer to the "ground" so to speak ... heck we all get a little closer to the ground up there ... and it is one of the main reasons I am still in the business!

To make it just a little more affordable for Pops we like to take a little off our package price, our "son and/or daughter " price will be $2,950.00 per guest for seven days in "2007".
